Because of an incompetent Health Department was unable to get all the September 2020 Health Inspections reports together within 10 business days, we are now forced to find the source of the incompetency.
Regardless of the mayor’s opinion of us, we are a news and media outlet and we reach over 5000 residents. The information requested is in relation to the public’s interest, and any fees should be waived. This FOIA is a matter of public health.
We are issuing this request to go to the mayors office, as we are seeking emails from persons in several departments. The mayors office is the best prepared to handle a request such as this.
We are seeking all the emails sent or received between 10/7/2020 and
10/21/2020, inclusive of both dates.
We are seeking emails that include in the subject or the body of the message,
the any of the words, phrases, or numbers: "2020-1376" and/or
"1376" and/or "Frank Wood" and/or "Framingham
Forward" and/or "Framingham Unfiltered".
Our search should include emails to or from the following people: Mayor Spicer,
Thatcher Kezer, Kitty Mahoney, Camille Griffin, Mishel Caisapanta, Adam
Dipersio, Michael Mendez, Sam Wong, Alaa Abusalah, Kelly McFalls, Robin
Williams, Roberta Ho, Alexandra DePalo, and Brian Smith.
