Summary
We are requesting a list of all households who have more than one trash barrel and/or households who have more than one recycling barrel. We are looking for documentation of payments made for those extra barrels, and for yearly fees. We are also looking for documentation on the policies and procedures for obtaining extra barrels and the costs to the consumer for the first year and each additional year. No payment, carts provided by city.  Residents do not purchase carts No documentation, policies or produces for these request for extra cart.  Carts are provide by the City and one cart per dwelling.   *Program has moved from 105 gallons of trash to a 96g trash toter.   Attached is the Policy on Trash Collection and an excel sheet with a list of multi families.  For each multi family they have those many totes.  (2 family=2 totes, 3 family=3 totes, etc)
