The request is for the Conservation Commission in the City of Framingham, but they are not an option in the drop down menu. The Framingham Conservation Commission has held 2 dozen plus meetings in 2018. As of Dec 27, there are only 4 sets of minutes filed online, the last being in February 2018. Under the Public Record Act in the Commonwealth, the news media is requesting the electronic copies of all minutes, including drafts not voted on, for 2018. The files can be sent via email. As a representative of the news media, I request a waiver of all fees for this request. Disclosure of the requested information to me is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government. The Public Records Law requires you to provide the news outlet with a written response within 10 business days of why the City can't comply or with the records.   If you cannot comply with the news outlet's request, you (the City/Conservation Commission) is statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
