Please provide me with hard copies and electronic copies of the following. 1) Records of all the expenses that Yvonne Spicer incurred in her capacity as mayor of the City of Framingham for the period January 1, 2018 to the present.  This includes, but is not limited to, the following. a) Expense reports, including back-up receipts b) Credit cards statements, including back-up receipts c) Automobile expense records d) Any and all other records that document Mayor Spicer's expenses 2) The written employee reimbursement policy of the City of Framingham Attached are reimbursements paid since 1/01/18 – present for the Mayor. Included in the PDFs are copies of receipts & reimbursements of expenses related to 2018 conferences and out-of-state travel; including airfare, hotel, meals, ubers, taxis etc.. Also attached is the Policy on Management of Vehicles for Employee Related Transportation which includes the reimbursement policy.
