I am requesting copies of the following public records.
1. All invoices sent to the Town by the Town's labor counsel for legalwork done in connection with negotiations for a new Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Chelmsford Police Superior Officers, including work done in connection with the JLMC proceedings, as well as all work done with the prior Memorandum of Agreement that was not approved by the Board of Selectman. As well as all other invoices that relate to negotiations to reach a successor Collective Bargaining Agreement.
2. An accounting of all funds paid by the Town for the invoices referenced above.
As the parties began negotiations for a successor agreement approximately three years ago, this request is seeking information that dates back to the beginning of those negotiations to the present date. Kindly provide the information within the time required by the Public Records law.
