Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, G.L. c.66, s.10, I am requesting copies of the following public records:
Names of all town of Barnstable employees and elected officials that attended off-Cape conferences, tradeshows or seminars -- including the 2019 Massachusetts Municipal Association conference held last month in Boston – requiring registration fees, travel and/or lodging during the past 12 months. Please include dates of nights stayed in hotels, along with reservation confirmation documents, for each employee/elected official.

All expense reports filed by attendees of the events for reimbursement by the town of Barnstable.
I would like to request a waiver of fees for these documents as I am a member of the media and I am seeking the documents as part of my news gathering. If there is a fee for the information I am requesting, please contact me with an estimated cost prior to fulfilling my request. I request the documents be sent to me via electronic means, if possible, at the below email address.
