Additionally, you allege that two state public bodies, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership and the Massachusetts Housing Appeals Committee, violated the Law, although you did not file the complaint with either entity. Your complaint was originally filed with the Newton City Clerk (City Clerk) on or about September 25, 2015, and City Solicitor Donnalyn Lynch Kahn responded to the complaint by letter dated September 28, 2015.
