The result of that dispute was a four hundred thousand dollar settlement paid to the union. In August, 2016 Ms. Hutchins was hired by an independent bus company that contracts with the Town of Framingham to drive bus routes in Framingham. She was guaranteed a substantial signing bonus with the job.
