As stated above, your complaint concerns compliance with the Town of Southborough's bylaws. Given that our office is charged specifically with reviewing complaints to determine compliance with the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, 18-25, we decline to review, and offer no opinion on, whether there was a violation of any Town bylaw or separate public hearing law.
