Vacation buy back/rollover Employees who have completed Five (5) or more years of service may receive a cash settlement for vacation time earned but not used. A request for vacation buy back must be made in writing, endorsed by the supervisor, and received to payroll by no later than December 1 of each year for payment by December 15" of each year.
