Vacations shall be granted at such times as will cause the least interference with the performance of CUSTODIAL CONTRACT 07/01/18 - 06/30/21 PAGE 16 the regular work and periods when certain levels of staffing are necessary. Department seniority will govern the order of approval every quarter.
ARTICLE 9 VACATIONS 9-01 Vacation Eligibility - For FY employees hired between September 1 and December 31%, inclusive of any particular year, their anniversary date of employment will be considered to be September 6 of that particular school year.
On February 2, 2021, DLR conducted a probable cause hearing in this matter pursuant to Section 11 of the Law, as amended by Chapter 145 of the Acts of 2007, Section 15.05, the DLRs Rules, and the DLRs interim investigation procedures. (DLR 2.)
On March 15, 2021, April 14, 2021, and 15 April 15, 2021, I conducted a hearing by videoconference during which the parties 16 received a full opportunity to be heard, to examine and cross-examine witnesses, and to 17 introduce evidence.1 On June 25, 2021, the parties filed post-hearing briefs.
