In October 2019, the Union withdrew both charges pursuant to a settlement agreement. A DLR investigator dismissed both of the Citys charges against the Union in April 2019. The City appealed the dismissal of MUPL-19-7059 to the CERB, which affirmed it in July 2019. The City filed a notice of judicial appeal, and that appeal is still pending.
