Town ofSeekonk, 14 MLC 1725, 1730-31 (1988); Town of Bridgewater, 12 MLC 1612, 1615 (1986). The Department will not infer such an impact. Town ofSeekonk, supra at 1731. Here, no such impact has been proven. The Union's witnesses failed to testifY as to any impact the re-hiring of Ms. Alford had on the hours, workload, pay, safety etc. of Ms. Capone, Ms. O'Connell or any other unit employee.
See Town ofSeekonk, 14 MLC The Unions belated attempt to argue that there were bargainable impacts that flowed from a contract violation that has not even been established provides no basis to disturb the Hearing Officer's well-reasoned and well-supported decision. Accordingly we affirm the decision of the Hearing Officer and DISMISS the complaint. SO ORDERED. COMMONWEALTH COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS BOARD MARJORIEY.
Town ofSeekonk, 14 MLC 1725, 1730-31, MUP-6131 (May 10, 1988). Hypothetical impacts do not justify impact bargaining. See Chief Justice for Administration & Management of Trial Court v. CERB, 79 Mass. App.

The Town ofSeekonk has not adopted its website as the official method of posting notice. Rather, the official method of posting notice for Seekonk public bodies is a town bulletin board located at Town Hall. Although the Open Meeting Law and the Attorney Generals regulations do not prohibit a public body from posting meeting notices in multiple locations, a municipality may only have one official notice posting location.
During a June 23 meeting, the Board considered the reappointments of specific individuals to several public bodies in the Town ofSeekonk, including the Zoning Board of Appeals (the ZBA). Specifically, the Board endorsed two of the three members eligible for reappointment to the ZBA.
