On November 21, 2022, the Department provided a response. Unsatisfied with the Departments response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR22/2714, was opened as a result.
Herman requested copies of any all communications with the governorsoffice related to [a specified] June 12, 2023, public records request. The Office responded on August 15, 2023, providing responsive records and citing the attorney-client privilege for withholding one record. Unsatisfied with the Offices response, Mr. Herman appealed, and this case was opened as a result.
