There are currently 97 adult residents at HRC, served by approximately 400 staff members. DDS provides supports to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS / Employer) is a public employer within the meaning of Section 1 of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 150E (the Law). DDS is the Employer for collective bargaining purposes. . Peter Horsman (Horsman) works as a Motor Truck Driver (MTD) with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) at the Wrentham Developmental Center (WDC). The WDC serves approximately 300 developmentally disabled adults. Each has approximately 5-7 buildings and is generally run housing unit at WDC independently of the other housing units.
