ARTICLE 21 UNION DUES DEDUCTION In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L., Chapter 180, Section 17A, the Town agrees to deduct Union dues from the paychecks of the employees who have signed a membership form and who have authorized such deductions in writing and to mail said dues with a list of employees from whom dues have been deducted to: NEPBA, 7 Technology Drive, Suite 102, Chelmsford, MA 01863, in accordance with present practice. 27 ARTICLE
