Stringfellow requested, [t]he January 20, 2024 report by Massachusetts StatePolice of the arrest of [an identified individual], of Oak Bluffs MA, at Logan Airport. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Stringfellow petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR24/1050, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Stringfellow with a response dated April 11, 2024.
Tavares requested any and all internal affairs records in the possession of the Massachusetts StatePolice, including but not limited to civilian complaints, officers reports, and internal affairs reports, that pertain to [identified individuals]. Subsequently, in an email to the Department on October 24, 2024, Mr. Tavares states [n]o objection to the 20 days requested for the reason stated regarding scope.
Manchester requested [a]ny and all policy records pertaining to the use, training, and execution of Lidar hand held speed detection devices used by the Massachusetts statepolice patrol officers[.] Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Manchester petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR25/0957, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Manchester with a response on April 10, 2025.
