On April 16, the Board's Chair entered into a settlement agreement with Mr. Speidel, ending his employment with the Town. On June 2, Mr. Loreti sent a request to the Chair seeking seven sets of meeting minutes. The Chair was in the hospital at the time and unable to respond to the request.
