An aggrieved party must notify his/her supervisor hereunder within ten (10) working days of the date the employee knew or reasonably should have known of the event or events giving rise to the grievance. 2. SPED Teachers The following special provisions shall apply to SPED teachers, superseding any conflicting provision of the 1983 Settlement Agreement.
