Collaborated with Framingham StateUniversity to establish Model Sheltered English classrooms in each school. Researched the effect of model classrooms on strategy implementation and student achievement. Mentored new teachers in the district through the official mentoring program. Developed the English language development report card for the district, in collaboration with the Department of Technology and oversaw implementation.
The 2020 FPL Action Agenda includes objectives in: Catalyzing small business, entrepreneurship, and the creative economy by providing research expertise, technology, services, collections, and spaces by dedicating staff time to businesses and partnering with Framingham State Universitys Entrepreneur Innovation Center and DFI. Leveraging their physical location to support the development of a vibrant downtown.
The DEI office at Framingham StateUniversity sponsored the Zoom, and Behavioral Health Partners shared resources. One hundred twenty-two people registered, and 51 participated. The PRIDE event was collaborative with municipal representation and community partners. The City raised the Progress PRIDE flag across Framingham, including in our public schools.
