ARTICLE 10 GRIEVANCE and ARBITRATION 10.1 The purpose of this Article is to establish a procedure for the settlement of grievances which involve the interpretation and application of a specific provision of this Agreement. A grievance shall mean a complaint by an employee that as to her/him the School Administration has interpreted and applied this Agreement in violation of a specific provision hereof.
