It is appropriate for a complainant to copy the public body that is the subject of the complaint when filing the complaint with the Attorney Generals Office. Additionally, we note that the substance of Mr. Kellehers August 28 email filing his complaint with our office was reasonably limited to his Open Meeting Law complaint, the Boards response, and his reasons for requesting further review, and the communication was directed to our office.
