The Purpose of this Article is to establish a procedure for the settlement of grievances which involve the interpretation and application of this Agreement. A "grievance" shall mean a dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement. All such grievances will be handled as provided in this Article.
The health insurance co-pay agreement is no longer effective as of the execution of the Settlement Agreement which resulted in this Agreement. Upon execution of the Settlement Agreement, employees are eligible for the Flexible Spending Account. Each employee shall be credited with sick leave with pay at the rate of one and onefourth (144) days for each month of service.
