Given that the redactions described above are based on the Open Meeting Law, and an interpretation of the Open Meeting Law falls within the authority of the Attorney GeneralsOffice (AGO) and not this office, I am unable to address those issues in this determination. See G. L. c. 30A, 23. Consequently, I encourage the parties to contact the AGO for a determination concerning the Open Meeting Law issues.

In subsequent communication with our office, the Complainant noted that the only place he found notice for the February 6 executive session was on the Citys website.
