On April 10, 2015, the Department of Labor Relations (Department) issued a Complaint of Prohibited Practice against the Town regarding the failure to satisfy its duty to bargain about the impacts of the deployment, but partially dismissed the charge as it related to the Towns failure to bargain over the decision to deploy of Narcan.
