The ECSDs policy included a provision requiring officers to receive additional COVID-19 booster shots once the Centers for 1 Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or the Department of Public Health (DPH) determined booster shots to be a necessary component of COVID-19 vaccination. Id. at 11-12.
