Transfer of Health Coverage to the Group Insurance Commission 2. The Town of Stoneham and the Stoneham Public Employee Committee agree to provide health coverage by continuing coverage with the Group Insurance Commission through June 30, 2018.
In early March, the Group Insurance Commission (GIC) notified participants that new plans would replace existing plans offered to members. The new plans replace PPO plans identified in the Section 19 agreement between the Town of Stoneham (Town) and the Public Employee Committee (PEC), of which the Stoneham Custodians/Laborers Int! Union of N.A., Local 1139, isa member.
