The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department ofLaborRelations 1st Floor 19 Staniford Street, Boston, MA 02114 January 28, 2020 The Notice of Appeal (SUPL-19-7460) Dear Commonwealth Employment Relations Board, I am writing to appeal the dismissal decision of the Department ofLabor Relations (DLR) investigator, based on misinterpretation of the facts and violations presented in the documents and exhibits.
On July 16, 2019, Davood Golmohammadi (Golmohammadi) filed a prohibited practice charge with the Department ofLaborRelations (DLR) alleging that the Faculty Staff Union/MTA/NEA (Union) had violated Section 10(b) of M.G.L. c. 150E (the Law) by ignoring my multiple requests for enforcing the contract and stopping violations. A DLR Investigator held an in-person investigation of the charge on December 19, 2019.
