Conway has been an employee of the Commonwealths Executive Office of Health and Human Services, MassHealth (MassHealth) since December 1973. She is currently employed as a Program Coordinator 2 (PC2). Through her employment by MassHealth as a PC2 Ms. Conway is a member of NAGE under the Unit 6 Collective Bargaining Agreement (Unit 6 CBA). In October of 2010, Ms. Conway's office relocated from Boston to Quincy.
