Even then, the Town delayed implementing the directives of the Arbitration Award by filing for further appellate review before the Supreme Judicial Court. The following is in response to the DLRs Notice which forms the basis of this amended charge regarding the Town of Winthrops continued discrimination and retaliation against Mr. Romeo for engaging in protected, concerted activity since his reinstatement. 1.
