We consulted with Reiko Hayashi at DHCD on what might be a good form for a workforce project that is not related to MassHousings workforce program. She suggested that we look at a project in Newton. I am attaching the agreement used for the Newton project, which we used as a model. There are some differences based upon the Newton projects facts and their local requirements, but for the most part it seemed to fit.
