Karp requested a"list of budget spent on legal fees, settlements, arbitration hearings, meditation or court costs" within a specified date range. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Karp a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Karp may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days.
