Good afternoon, My name is Letticia Freitas, I work as a secretary for an insulation company, Eco Spray Foam Insulation located at 155 Hartford Tpke in Shrewsbury, MA. We would like to know if we would be able to receive a couple of Building Permits issued in the past couple of months for construction or renovations through e-mail/mail, so we can offer them our insulation services. Is that possible or is this just in person?
