In fact, we already see evidence of this - records obtained from the City of Lawrence discovered a similar disciplinary incident regarding their Police Captain who was put on leave for reasons suspected to be a use of force incident. I will also note that the Supervisor of Records agreed in SPR23/0794 that this request was not made for a commercial purpose.
