Based upon said assertion, Superintendent Gazda placed the tentative settlement agreement on hold as he was unaware of the objections of the Union until said date. On July 17, 2019, Superintendent Gazda met with Mr. DArchangelo and Gary Miner, another Union official, to discuss the situation. On July 31, 2019, Superintendent Gazda again met with Mr. DArchangelo and Mr. Miner.
SUP-19-7648 in abeyance on July 18, 2022 to accommodate the parties settlement efforts. Since we have not received the status updates that the DLR requested, I assume that this case has been resolved.
