As such, the Department asserts that releasing investigative documents which are the subject of a pending criminal prosecution would not be in the public interest.
Herman requested "hard copies and electronic copies of any and all communications related to Suffolk Countydistrictattorney Rachael Rollins' 'The Rachael Rollins Policy Memo,' which was issued in March 2019."
