I also share your concerns for the environment, as I have been recycling since before it was cool, and almost always use my own bags. The City Council hears it from all sides and this 10 cent fee has been something weve been hearing a lot about. We have been hearing from businesses and also residents. I believe the rollout was poor and theres no real process or any enforcement.

A fee of this type is not permitted by the Public Records Law or its Regulations in response to a request for public records as it does not reflect costs associated with searching for or segregating records.
