Certification from the Massachusetts State 911 Department Public Safety Communications Academy, APCO Public Safety Telecommunicator | (PST1) or CJIS certification from the Massachusetts Criminal History Systems Board is strongly preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful.
