Irina Morgunova was employed as a Senior Community Outreach Counselor at Roxbury CommunityCollege. In 2014, she grieved the transfer to a grant-funded position. In May of 2015, she grieved an evaluation that was not consistent with the collective bargaining agreement and was not formally completed. On November 9, 2015, the parties signed a Memorandum of Agree nent (MOA) (Attachment 1) that resolved the evaluation grievance.
