This is a thrd party vendor that was contracted by the Northern EssexCommunity College to disemnaye policies and training and to monitor employee compliance. The charge was dismissed but is currently on appeal. The subject of this charge was bad faith bargaining in regard to both the MCCCMTA Day and DCE units.
