Woods contacted the City again, this time, she clarified her request as: The Massachusetts HistoricCommission stated [i]n the case of the Bunker Hill Redevelopment Project, the Citys Department of Neighborhood Development (now called the Mayors Office of Housing) was authorized by HUD to carry out its Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (36 CFR 800) responsibilities.
Although it does not appear that the Commission took a formal vote, the Commission determined in Fall 2017 that three non-alternate Commission membersJane Keegan, Faye McCloskey, and Travis DoRosario would prepare a report on the proposed district expansion for submission to the Massachusetts HistoricalCommission.
