The Cannabis Control Commission has jurisdiction over licensed marijua na establishments and the subject matter herein pursuant to the provisions of the Commonwealths marijuana laws, M.G.L. Chapters 94G and 94], and the Cannabis Control Commission regulations, 935 CMR 500.000, ef seq., 935 CMR 501.000 , et seq., and 935 CMR 502.000, ef seg. 2. Respondent has been subject to an investigation conducted by the Commissions investigators.

MCR Labs Violation The Cannabis Control Commission is scheduled to take a vote on a final determination regarding the outcome of their investigation of MCR Lab violations, possibly at tomorrows scheduled meeting. I was unable to get any detail agenda for their meeting to confirm a vote is scheduled. We will continue to monitor.

Kate Crowther forwarded me an email that you had sent to her regarding the Municipal Notice that the City had received from the Cannabis Control Commission, and explaining that the City could not respond by stating that Herbology was in compliance with local bylaws and ordinances, because a special permit would not be issued prior to the expiration of the applicable 60-day period for a response.
