On or about November 9, 2018, Bristol Community College (BCC) Public Safety Officer (CPO) Robert Green was contacted by Steve Kenyon, BCC VP of Administration and Finance. At that time Mr. Kenyon informed Officer Green that he would have to use a vacation day or personal time to attend the mandatory monthly Union E Board meeting. Mr.
On November 9, 2018, the elected Unit II steward at Bristol Community College (College), Officer Robert Green, was informed by the VP of Administration and Finance, Steve Kenyon, that he would not be able to serve as the colleges Unit II steward. Officer Green was also informed that he would have to use a vacation day or personal time to attend the mandatory monthly meeting of the Union Executive Board.
