On March 30, 2018, Gello sent a revised settlement agreement to Bissonnette, stating it was the Employer's last best offer. Later that day, he received an email from Bissonnette stating: Unfortunately, | am unable to accept the terms of this settlement agreement. The terms of my return to work were not fairly negotiated, as Attorney Gello previously stated that they would be, in his email dated March 14, 2018.
On March 30, Gello sent a revised settlement agreement to Bissonnette, stating it was their last best offer. Later that day, he received an email from Bissonnette, stating: Unfortunately, | am unable to accept the terms of this settlement agreement.
