Effective July 1, 2009, the District has joined the Group InsuranceCommission (GIC) pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 32B, 19 and the terms of an agreement reached between the District School Committee and the Public Employees Committee (hereinafter referred to as the PEC Agreement).
