ARTICLE XXXI_ INSERVICE TRAINING All employees shall be required to participate in yearly inservice training as set out in the guidelines of the Municipal Police Training Committee. This training shall include at least forty hours of firearms and/or weapons training and qualification, and training in radar, Breathalyzer, CPR, first responder, and other appropriate techniques and technologies.
