ARTICLE 11 GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS The Town ofBelmont has adopted the provisions of Chapter 32B of the Massachusetts General Laws mandating that it contribute 50% of employee group health insurance premiums. The Town ofBelmont agrees to pay 50% of the premium costs for the PPO plan. For those employees hired before July 1, 2016, the Town ofBelmont will contribute 80% towards the HMO plan.
All employees shall progress from the minimum rate to the maximum rates for the classifications based on length of service in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Town ofBelmont Personnel Policy Guide in effect on July 1, 1997.
