To comply with the Administrative Consent Order issued by the Department of Environmental Protection and Settlement Agreement with the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, $40,407 was voted to reconfigure the sewer system in East Framingham. This project has been approved for $38,066 in loans from Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan program for which $34,814 has been issued which includes $4,461 of ARRA funding.

I am putting together a Narcan proposal to our TA because wants to use some of the State opioid lawsuit settlement money to support the program. I was wondering if you could put out a message on MA Chiefs with the following inquiry; 1. Are there agencies that have a stand alone Narcan policy and procedure 2. Are there agencies that provided an Officer stipend or raise for carrying Narcan, (and if so how much) 3.

The Town may compromise and settle any such claim or suit and will pay the amount of any settlement or judgment rendered thereon without recourse to the Town Manager. The Town shall reimburse the Town Manager for any attorneys fees and costs incurred by the Town Manager in connection with claims or suits involving the Town Manager in his professional capacity.
