Pomeroy, Esq., of Pomeroy Resources, Inc. (Pomeroy) to conduct an investigation, resulting in a written report (Pomeroy Report). Michael Moxley requested a copy of the Pomeroy Report.

The complaint alleges that the Board improperly deliberated during the Town of Miltons February 22 Special Town Meeting. We appreciate the parties patience as we reviewed and considered this matter. Following our review, we find that the Board did not violate the Open Meeting Law.
