The Union, a member of the Alliance, is an employee organization within the meaning of Section 1 of the Law and represents certain Unit 2 employees at the Department of Developmental Services (DDS Unit 2 members).
On June 18, 2019 COE conducted an investigation pertaining to employees within the Department of Developmental Services, Wrentham Developmental Center. Present for the Union was Local 646 E-Board member Joseph Hall Jr. The Investigator, Kendrick Raine recorded the interview without asking for anyones consent. Further he did not inform the employees of their Carney or Garrity rights.
